Noba adopts state-of-the-art building techniques providing the client with a radically secure and quality oriented residential block.

Building construction is synonymous to an ice burg wherein 1/3 is visible above and the core 2/3 rd is below. Owing to which the civil department of Noba conducted a through soil testing and stipulated certain structural specifications which were later implemented.  This will provide for a highly secure building which can endure the nature’s wrath.

The details of these implementations are as follows: -

Pilings points :- indicated in red :– dia - 45 cm to 50 cm , depth – 8.75 meters

Under - reamed pile points have been provided with a varying span width of 1.3 meters to 4.4 meters, further more as per the soil test report the pile points were excavated through the top layers and anchored on a laterite stratum to a depth of 8.75 meters which is almost 1.5 times the height of the building. Steel reinforcements together with cement concrete were later introduced into the excavated bores. This system provides for stability and improves the load bearing capacity of the building.

Plinth Beam

Plinth beam:- cross section:- 25cm X 45cm

A plinth beam is a reinforced concrete beam connecting the pile points providing for both, a firm foundation base that will foot the super structure as well as a tie beam to interconnect the piles ensuring optimum load distribution across the construction. The plinth beam is an upgraded foundation technique adopted predominantly for multi-storied buildings owing to its ability to support mass on a very large scale.
